Vidya Balasubramanian is an accomplished Advocate and PoSH Consultant with over 35 years of legal experience and 9+ years of specialised experience in workplace safety, prevention of sexual harassment, and gender sensitisation.

She has trained 10,000+ professionals and students on the Prevention of Sexual Harassment (PoSH) Act, workplace dignity, gender sensitisation, and the importance of building safe and respectful work environments.

Vidya serves as an External Member of Internal Committees (ICs) for leading organisations across technology, healthcare, manufacturing, engineering, and services. Her extensive legal experience, practical understanding of workplace dynamics, and compassionate approach enable her to provide effective guidance in handling sensitive workplace concerns and PoSH matters.

Through Achamillai Consulting, Vidya works with organisations to strengthen their PoSH framework, empower employees, build awareness, and foster workplaces where safety, dignity, equality, and respect are not merely compliance requirements, but an integral part of organisational culture.
